Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Alerheim 86733, Germany. All orders are carefully packed to ensure your handcrafted ceramic pieces arrive safely.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-10 business days after receipt of payment, depending on production capacity and warehouse stock availability. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs vary based on order size, delivery location, and package dimensions. In-stock warehouse items are typically shipped within 3-10 days. Items requiring production may take longer depending on manufacturer capacity. The applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within mainland Germany.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Important for USA shipments: Customs fees are currently added to the shipping costs at checkout. For all non-EU countries: Customs fees are charged by the destination country’s customs authority directly to the recipient. Delivery will only occur after customs fees have been paid. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for further information before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@deschallys.com and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will find a solution as quickly as possible. If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate the matter with the carrier on your behalf.
